I began the morning with a bowl of cereals, two fried eggs, milk, chicken, juice, bread, fruits and anything that was on the table. You need to eat right…especially if your travelling…by air. Or so I thought.
Going up altitudes does something to your body. Each ascent, organs are displaced and so is the food.
I got to my destination with my breakfast all jumbled up in liquid form, tightly wrapped in a clear paper bag. A bitter mouth and a churning stomach.
Do not eat before flying. At least I know I shouldn’t.
